He has led the transformation and growth in businesses that compete in personal care, apparel, sporting goods and home fragrance; and has extensive experience in partnering with key national retailers and selling directly to consumers via an e-commerce approach.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and operations, Shwetha is a seasoned CFO who works with growth-stage private equity portfolio companies to maximize their potential and capture market opportunities. Shwetha leverages her diverse expertise across industries and domains, such as consumer products, manufacturing, data analytics, AI, SaaS, e-commerce, and healthcare, to shape the financial strategy and operations of the company.

Jason Abrahams is a seasoned marketing leader with over two decades of experience helping B2B and B2C organizations drive measurable growth. Jason specializes in designing scalable marketing strategies, aligning sales and marketing efforts, and empowering lean teams with modern tools and practical processes. His approach combines clarity, accountability, and real-world execution—helping lower and middle-market companies break through growth plateaus, strengthen brand positioning, and build sustainable pipelines.
Rick Gambaccini
Vice President of Sales
Rick Gambaccini is a commercial leader with more than twenty-five years of global sales & marketing experience, profitably growing businesses across multiple industries. The majority of his career has been spent in consumer goods, where he started at Black & Decker/DEWALT moving between Sales, Product Management and various Leadership roles, helping to get two new divisions off the off the ground. He leveraged those experiences to help grow and establish Milwaukee Tool as a global technology leader in Lithium-ion & the IoT space, leading the cordless power tool business. Rick’s relentless commitment to understand his customers and their business, has helped him to build strong partnerships with leading national & regional retailers, omnichannel retailers, and e-commerce companies; as well as to deliver technology & innovation that transforms categories, driving revenue and profit through point of sale.
Maureen Collins
Vice President of Brand & Product Development
Maureen Collins is a global consumer goods marketer with corporate and agency experience. She has decades of experience in creating brand and retailer growth and profitability across brand portfolios and categories, Dove personal care, Degree and Axe deodorants, Corelle dinnerware and Serta mattresses. Recently, Maureen has proven success with Big Box omnichannel marketing solutions and brand performance on retailer e-commerce sites for Target, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, Costco, and Big Lots. She is recognized for delivering results, her strategic insights and agency partnerships.
Nicole Pitman
Vice President of Operations
Nicole Pitman is an experienced leader who has worked with top-tier global brands in the pharmaceutical and corporate retail luxury sector, crafting sustainable supply management solutions, creating more efficient processes, and developing long-term relationships. She is passionate about driving continuous improvement of operations and supply chain processes. At VCM, Nicole provides leadership and strategy for supply management for direct and indirect sourcing, supplier quality & development, manufacturing, technology & automation, SIOP, materials management, warehouse operational management, facilities/safety management and logistics & distribution.
